Buyer contacts us with variety, grade, quantity and packaging requirements. We confirm availability and share a product specification sheet and indicative pricing.
Pre-shipment samples are dispatched to the buyer for quality verification — grain length, aroma, processing finish and moisture content can all be assessed before order confirmation.
Once the sample is approved, a formal purchase contract is issued covering quantity, price, Incoterms, packaging specs, and payment terms.
The order is processed at our manufacturing partner facilities (Hindustan Rice Exports) to the specified grade and packed per buyer instructions — custom print, private label, or standard bags.
Pre-shipment inspection is carried out. All export documentation is prepared — Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, and APEDA certification where required.
Goods are dispatched from Kandla Port, Gujarat — one of India's premier export hubs — under agreed Incoterms (FOB or EXW). Tracking details and shipping documents are shared with the buyer promptly.
We are responsible for all costs and risks up to and including loading the goods onto the vessel at Kandla Port. Once on board, risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer. Most commonly used by our GCC and European buyers.
Goods are made ready for collection at our facility or our manufacturing partner's premises. The buyer arranges and bears all costs from that point — collection, customs clearance, freight, and delivery. Preferred by buyers with established freight forwarders.
