Late Mr. Ram Ditta Mal Dhingra established Dhingra Rice & General Mills in Kurukshetra, Haryana — a visionary family venture built on honest trade and deep roots in the region's farming communities.
Over the years, we cultivated direct relationships with farmers across Haryana — offering not just fair prices, but seeds, fertilisers, and pre-season financial support. Today, our network spans 800+ farming families.
Expanding beyond India's borders, we established export corridors to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Switzerland, and Germany — earning a reputation for consistency, quality, and reliability across the GCC and Europe.
Now led by Managing Partners Mr. Jitendra Dhingra, Mrs. Ritu Dhingra, and Mr. Rajinder Guliyani, Dhingra Rice & General Mills continues to honour the founder's values while embracing global standards, modern certifications, and new markets.
Son of the late founder Mr. Ram Ditta Mal Dhingra, Jitendra has dedicated his career to continuing and expanding the family legacy at Dhingra Rice & General Mills. As the driving force behind the business, he oversees all key functions — from strategic sales and international trade to the personal farmer relationships that define our values. His deep-rooted connections with the farming community and hands-on approach to leadership have been central to our sustained growth across global markets.
Mrs. Ritu Dhingra is the operational backbone of Dhingra Rice & General Mills. She oversees the day-to-day running of the business — ensuring every order is processed with precision, every delivery meets quality standards, and every customer relationship is nurtured with care. Beyond operations, she leads our CSR initiatives, championing farmer welfare, community development, and sustainable practices at the heart of everything we do.
Mr. Rajinder Gulyani brings decades of hands-on expertise in rice milling and international export to our partnership. As the owner of Hindustan Rice Exports — our primary manufacturing partner — he is the vital link between our trading operations and the world-class processing facilities that ensure every consignment meets the highest standards. His command over production, export documentation, and quality compliance makes him an indispensable pillar of Dhingra Rice & General Mills.
